Clix tracks listing level permits with their expiry dates and sends reminders before they lapse. Documents are generated from templates, signature requests are issued and tracked, and an Agreements and Documents screen shows the current state of every document attached to a listing.
The permit is a field, not a reminder
A permit number and its expiry belong on the listing as data you can filter, sort and report on. That is what makes an expiry a scheduled event rather than something somebody happens to notice.

Documents from templates
Agreements are generated from templates with the listing, owner and agent details already filled in, which removes the most common source of an unusable document: somebody retyping a reference number.
