How workspace data is handled, in plain terms.
Access
Every user holds a role, and roles carry permissions. Users are organised into teams and branches, and visibility follows that structure: a manager sees their own people, an administrator sees the workspace. Access changes are recorded.
Your data
A workspace’s data belongs to the company that created it. Leads, listings, projects, documents and activity history can be exported, and a workspace can be closed and its data removed on request.
Integrations
Portal, messaging and calendar connections are authorised per workspace and can be revoked from the integrations screen. API keys are issued per workspace and can be rotated.
