Getting started
Create a workspace, add your branches and teams, invite your agents with their BRN details, connect your portals, and import your existing leads and listings. Most teams are working in the product the same day.
Connecting portals
Each portal is authorised from the integrations screen. Map each agent to their portal profile before publishing. An unmapped agent is the most common cause of a listing that will not go live.
Setting pipelines and SLAs
Name your stages, order them, and set a response target and next action target on each. Start conservative: an SLA nobody can hit is an SLA everybody ignores.
