We move your data for you

Send us the export from your current system and the Clix team handles the migration. Leads and contacts come across with their requirement fields, listings with their media, owner and permit details, and projects with their unit inventory. The thing worth checking on your side before you start is whether your current system exports activity history or only the current state of each record, because that is the part nobody can recreate later.

On site setup, if you want it

For teams in the UAE we will come to the office and set the workspace up with you: branches, teams, agent records, portal profile mappings and the pipeline your company actually uses. It is faster than a call, and the questions people do not think to ask on a call get asked when somebody is sitting there.

Training your team

Agents, managers and administrators need different things from the same system. Training is run per role: agents on working a lead through to a deal, managers on the SLA and pipeline views, administrators on users, permissions, automations and reporting.

Setting the workspace up

Most of the setup is structural and done once. Create your branches and teams, invite agents with their BRN details, map each publishing agent to their portal profile, name your pipeline stages and set SLA targets you can actually meet.

Connecting the channels

Portals, messaging and calendars are authorised per workspace from the integrations screen. The one step teams skip is mapping agents to their portal profiles, and it is the reason the first few listings do not publish.

The first week

Run Clix alongside your current system for the trial month rather than cutting over on a Monday. Point new portal enquiries at Clix while the old system holds the back catalogue, and cut over properly once people stop opening the old one. The trial is a month, with no card, for exactly this reason.

Migration, setup, on site consultation and training are included in the subscription rather than quoted as a separate implementation fee. The help centre and the guides cover setup, portals, pipelines and reporting.
