Clix lets each workspace define its own pipeline stages and attach a response SLA and next action SLA to each stage. Separate pipelines can be configured for sales, rentals and off plan, and leads move through the stages their pipeline defines.

A rental pipeline is not a sales pipeline and neither is an off plan pipeline. Each gets its own stages, in its own order, with its own probabilities.
