The quoted price is rarely the price
Real estate CRM pricing in this market usually carries things that are not in the headline number. Ask about all five before you compare anything, because the difference between vendors is more often in this list than in the per seat figure.

What is included at $10
Everything. Lead CRM and routing, ready property, off plan and unit inventory, deals and commission, pipelines and SLA, reporting, AI assistance, automations, teams and permissions, portal integrations, the mobile app, branding and the API. There is no tier above this one.
What is not included
Modules that are not built yet are not in the price, and they are listed on the roadmap rather than implied here. Property management, maintenance and work orders, and the marketing campaign module are in development or planned.
Working out your number
Multiply your user count by ten. A twelve person brokerage is $120 a month after the free month, a forty person company is $400. The pricing page has a calculator if you would rather not.
