It is specified to provide a shared library of active UAE launches with developer, community, starting price, unit mix, payment plan and handover date, kept current centrally and available to import into a workspace. Clix today manages off plan projects and their unit inventory that a workspace creates or imports itself.

Why it is sequenced this way

The module works today on projects you load. What is being added is the data, not the capability. That distinction matters when comparing vendors: a project database is a content commitment, and the useful question is how often it is actually updated rather than how many projects are claimed.

Roadmap items are not included in the current price and have no committed delivery date.
