A deal level compliance workspace is in development at Clix. It is specified to hold a compliance case per deal with its required documents, a prepare then upload then review workflow for Forms A, B and F, a completion percentage, and a clear distinction between documents Clix prepares and documents issued by an authority. Listing level permits, document templates, expiry reminders and signature requests are already available in Clix today.

Why it is sequenced this way

Sequenced first because it is a daily operational requirement rather than a quarterly one, and because it can be built without depending on an external authority API. The distinction between a document Clix generated and a document an authority issued matters more than it sounds: conflating the two is how a compliance file passes an internal check and fails an external one.
