Clix integrates with DocuSign for agreement signing. Documents generated from Clix templates are sent as DocuSign envelopes, and status webhooks return the signature state to the record, so the current state of every agreement is visible without anybody checking a separate inbox.

The agreement is generated from a Clix document template with the record data already filled in, then sent as an envelope. Nobody retypes a reference number, which is where most unusable agreements come from.
