Bayut in Clix
Feed publishing to Bayut, and lead webhooks back into Clix as records with an owner.
Clix integrates with Bayut for listing publishing and lead capture. Listings are published, updated and unpublished through the feed with permit fields carried across, and Bayut enquiries arrive in Clix through lead webhooks as records that are assigned and tracked against a response SLA.
Publishing
Listings go out through the feed with Bayut’s own field requirements applied, including the Trakheesi permit fields and the media minimum. Updates and unpublishing are driven from the same record, so a price change happens once.
- Feed publishing and updates
- Unpublish from the record
- Permit fields
- Per destination validation
Leads by webhook
Bayut enquiries arrive through webhooks rather than polling, so a lead is in the CRM and assigned in seconds rather than at the next poll interval.
Running both portals at once
Most brokerages publish to Property Finder and Bayut together. Clix treats them as two destinations on one listing with their own field mappings, rather than as two systems to keep in sync by hand.
