Connecting Property Finder to your CRM

What the integration does, what it needs from you, and what usually breaks.

A Property Finder CRM integration publishes listings from your CRM to the portal and returns enquiries as leads. It requires a valid Trakheesi permit number and expiry on each listing, an agent record mapped to a Property Finder profile, and media meeting the portal’s minimum. Most publishing failures are one of those three.

What it does in each direction

Outbound: publish, update and unpublish listings from the CRM record, with the fields Property Finder requires. Inbound: enquiries return as lead records, attached to the property they came from, so routing and the response SLA start immediately.

What you have to set up once

Authorise the connection, then map each agent to their Property Finder profile. This is the step teams skip, and it is the reason the first few listings do not publish.

  • Authorise the portal connection per workspace
  • Map every publishing agent to their portal profile
  • Confirm the permit fields are populated
  • Check the media minimum for the destination

What usually breaks

A permit that expired while the listing was live. An agent who joined last month and was never mapped. A listing published with four images because somebody was in a hurry. All three are avoidable by validating before publishing rather than after rejection.

How to tell a real integration from a feed

Ask whether enquiries come back. A system that only pushes listings out has automated the easy half and left you forwarding emails, which is where the actual time goes.
