Connecting Bayut to your CRM

Feed publishing, lead webhooks, and running Bayut alongside Property Finder.

A Bayut CRM integration publishes listings through a feed and returns enquiries through lead webhooks. It needs Trakheesi permit fields, an agent mapped to a Bayut profile, and media meeting Bayut’s minimum. Because leads arrive by webhook rather than polling, they reach the CRM within seconds.

Publishing by feed

Listings go out through the feed with Bayut’s own field requirements applied. Updates and unpublishing are driven from the same CRM record, so a price change is made once rather than in three places.

Leads by webhook

Webhooks push the enquiry to your CRM as it happens, rather than waiting for the next poll. On a busy weekend that difference decides whether you or a competitor called first.

Running both portals
